fotolia เงินหายครับ ลูกค้ามีสิทธิ์ขอคืนเงินไหมครับ

พอดีขายวีดีโอได้ 20 กว่าดอล ค้างอยู่สี่วัน พอมาเมื่อวาน เงินส่วนนั้นหายไปเฉย ดูใน sold file ก็ไม่ปรากฎแล้ว

ไม่ได้รับเมล์จาก fotolia ด้วยครับ ใครเคยโดนบ้างครับ
