The US Copyright Office initiated a study on the impact and effectiveness of the Digital Millennial Copyright Act (DMCA). The safe harbor provisions of the Copyright Act offer Internet Service Providers immunity from monetary damages for hosting infringing content, provided the ISP expeditiously removes the content after receiving a ‘take-down’ notice. The Copyright Office is specifically inviting you to submit your impressions based on first-hand experience using DMCA take-down procedures, for example: how difficult it is to use? How successful it is in having infringing content removed?

The Digital Media Licensing Association (DMLA) in collaboration with Getty Images Legal Counsel, created short survey to make it easy for you to participate. We’re encouraging all contributors to take the survey and to share it with anyone you know who might want to do the same. Thank you for participating.

พอสั่งค้นหา แล้วเลื่อนหน้าจอลงมาล่างๆ จะเห็นมีกรอบข้อความ

ซึ่งเป็นแจ้งว่ามีผลการค้นหาถูกลบออก เนื่องจากข้อมูลที่หาเจอนั้น มีการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์นั่นเอง

ถ้าตอบว่า เคย ก็จะมีคำถามในข้อต่อไปว่า ตรวจสอบยังไง ให้ใครตรวจ บ่อยแค่ไหน ใช้เวลาเท่าไร บลาๆ
ถ้าตอบว่า ไม่ ก็จะถามต่อไปว่า ทำไมไม่ตรวจ บลาๆ

แบบสอบถามนี้จะตอบหรือไม่ตอบก็ได้ครับ ถ้าจะตอบก็มีเวลาถึงวันที่ 17
